Before paying#
Confirm the exact property, address, room, dates, guest details, total charge and cancellation terms. Ask the property how it handles your travel document and check-in arrangements.
At check-in#
Present the required valid document and confirm registration with reception. Keep the booking record and receipt. A non-hotel stay has a separate registration procedure, so do not assume a booking platform performs it automatically.
